Login and navigation
Counter staff open a terminal-specific URL and unlock with the terminal password (not an Admin username). After unlock, the header nav covers catalog browsing, checkout (POS), order history, link history, notifications, and settings.
Create a POS terminal
Admins create Point of Sale terminals in the Admin app. Each terminal gets a URL slug, a password for counter unlock, linked warehouses, optional pricing overrides, and a default service charge.
Create in-store order
Walkthrough for selling at the counter: add products (or designs) to the cart, choose shipping, then pay with UPI screenshot or Payment Done Later.
Order history and edits
Use Order History to track this terminal’s live orders, open details, chat, link related orders, approve design mockups when asked, and request permission to edit a placed order.
Notifications
Counter staff get live alerts for edit approvals/rejections, Admin comments, status changes, and customer-link submissions. Use the header bell or the full inbox.
Settings and UPI QR
Each unlocked terminal has Settings for store address (ship-to-store), a Payment QR used on customer-link checkout, and archive browsing.
