Orders board
The Orders kanban is the live board for non-archived shop orders. Move cards by status, open detail for payment and chat, and keep production moving.
Payment and shipping
Verify payment proofs on ecommerce / pay-later orders, then mark delivery orders Shipped with a courier tracking ID.
Design–print pipeline
Workflows is the manufacturing board for custom order units. Typical happy path: Stock → Design → Approval Requested → Approved → Printing → Ready → Completed. Exception stages include Failed, Cancelled, and (mugs) Broken.
Users and roles
Create staff accounts and assign operational roles from Admin Settings → Users. Full admin access comes from Django staff/superuser accounts (role admin), not from the role picker.
Payment and support
Configure the store-wide UPI QR used at counter POS checkout, plus WhatsApp and support contact details shown to customers. These live on Admin Settings → Payment — not on Ecommerce Payment Options (COD / Razorpay).
Notifications and archive
Admin alerts land in the header bell and Notifications inbox. Completed and Shipped orders can leave the live boards via Order archive settings, then be browsed or restored under Archived Orders.
Reports and Dashboard
Use Auditing & Reports for filtered sales lists and CSV export (Admin and Accounts). Use Dashboard for live KPIs and charts (Admin only).
