Create and share
A Customer Link is a pre-filled checkout URL for one named customer and a fixed product list. Staff create it in POS; the customer opens it on the Checkout app (store.novaorder.in, or local port 3002).
Link History board
POS Link History is the staff board for customer links and unconsumed catalog links. Route: //link-history.
Convert to order
When a customer finishes a shared checkout link, the link becomes Submitted. Staff turn that submission into a real POS order. There is no separate “convert” API — POS checkout sends customerLinkId when creating the order, and the backend sets the link to Order Placed.
Create curated catalog
A Catalog Link lets a customer browse a store-picked slice of collections, categories, and products (with prices), then check out on the POS host — not the Checkout app used for classic customer links.
Customer checkout
When a shop sends a Catalog Link, the customer shops and pays on the POS host (not the classic Checkout app). URL shape:
Status, chat, approval
After a catalog checkout succeeds, the same catalog URL becomes the customer’s order status page (while the linked customer order is not archived). Customers can chat with the store and approve design mockups when requested.
Open shared link
The Checkout app (printbazar-checkout) opens classic Customer Link URLs. Path only — no query parameters: //{link-code}.

Chat and approval
After Checkout step 3, customers stay on the success screen. Support chat and design Approve / Reject are available there (not during the Upload / Shipping / Payment wizard). Staff use the matching Comments panel on Link History.
